INSTALLATION:
------------
1. Unzip the contents of the JAGTIME5 archive into your Wildcat 5
home directory (usually called "C:\WC5\")!
2. Use wcMenu to modify any menu that you want to put JAGTIME5 on.
All you have to do is change the Comment to Sysop menu key command
to "Run a wcCode program", then choose "JAGTIME5" from your choices
of wcCode programs to run!
3. Also use wcMenu and set up your Sysop Menu to run TIMECFG5.WCX.
After configuration you can remove TIMECFG5.WCX from your Sysop
Menu unless you think you will be reconfiguring JAGTIME5 often.
There is an alternate way to run TIMECFG5.WCX without setting it
up as a menu choice. This alternate method is as follows:
In DOS, from the Main WildCat! Home directory run TIMECFG5.WCX
using the wcRun -r command line switch. Do NOT use the ".WCX"
on the end! Example:
wcRun -r timecfg5
4. Whether you run TIMECFG5.WCX as a menu choice or from DOS, simply
run it to set up and configure JAGTIME5! TIMECFG5.WCX will take
you step by step through the configuration process. If you need
to make changes later, simply rerun TIMECFG5.WCX!
5. Finally, use wcMenu and set up your Sysop Menu to run EDITTIME.WCX.
You will want to keep EDITTIME on your Sysop menu because this is
the editor you will use to edit, add, and print your user lists!
6. You're done, now run JAGTIME5!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
--------------
All log files, configuration files, and key files for registered users
will be located in your Wildcat 5 data directory (usually it is called
"C:\WC5\DATA\"). This is so that these files would NOT clutter up your
Wildcat 5 home directory.
